Bridgette is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, bringing over 35 years of diverse experience and a strong educational background in business management and healthcare economics. Her journey in insurance began during her college years at Medicare, where she worked as a Disability Coordinator and Claims Adjuster in the MSP department, alongside her role as a medical biller for a multi-specialty physician billing service.

After completing her education, Bridgette took on various significant roles in the insurance field, including serving as an Administrator in a physician's office and a Professor of Medical Billing and Coding at a Community College. She also held the position of Director at Bluebonnet Administrators, the Third Party Administrator for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi, before founding her own company, Complete Benefit Services, Inc., which operates as both a TPA and an Insurance Agency.

Currently, as an independent insurance agent, Bridgette collaborates with associations, employer groups, and individuals, offering expertise across all lines of coverage, including self-funded, level-funded, group, indemnity, and FFM options. Her credentials include certifications in Medical Billing and Coding, national certification in HR Management, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and Healthcare Mitigation, reinforcing her dedication to maintaining high standards in her profession.
